These terms govern your use of Pilcrow, a native Markdown reader and editor, and the optional Pilcrow AI subscription. By downloading or using Pilcrow, you agree to them.
Pilcrow's reading, editing, and export features are free to use. You may install and use the app on your own devices. The app and its design remain the property of Peak Productivity; you may not resell, redistribute a modified version, or misrepresent it as your own.
Pilcrow AI is an optional paid tier that adds cloud AI models inside the app. Plans are offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown at checkout.
You agree not to use Pilcrow AI to generate unlawful content, to abuse or overload the service, to attempt to bypass subscription checks, or to resell access to the cloud models. We may suspend a license that is used this way.
If Pilcrow AI is not working for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a refund. Contact support@peakproductivity.online.
Your documents are yours. They stay on your device. When you use a cloud model, your selected text is processed to produce a result and is not stored or used to train models by us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Pilcrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate; review it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, Peak Productivity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or the cloud service. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
